Killeen Street has been part of our family since 2019. I can’t describe the deep love and connection our daughters have with the team of educators!
Sam and the staff have always been excited to incorporate our family’s cultural traditions into the program, and they create fun activities every day that the kids are excited to come home and tell us about. Having the option of the 3 and 4 year old kinder program within long daycare is really convenient and prepared us well for a smooth transition to Prep.
There’s a beautiful community feel amongst the families and the epic end of year party is not to be missed!

I’ve sent three boys to Killeen Street after it was recommended by my sister-in-law, and I can sum up the care there in three words: family, love, and passion. The educators are incredibly dedicated and long-standing—many of them looked after my 12-year-old niece before caring for my own children!
It is clear they stay because they are treated with respect, and that longevity creates a wonderful sense of community. I love the centre's focus on outdoor play, and how every single staff member contributes to the experience—from the room teachers and helpers to the wonderful chef.
They have been true partners to our family, helping us navigate toilet training, sleep, and behaviour. They are so much more than just daily carers. I can’t recommend Killeen Street enough, and my boys' constant smiles at pick-up say it all!

We've been part of the Killeen Street community for nearly 5 years between our children and could not recommend it more highly. The most loving, caring atmosphere with consistent staffing and educators who truly love what they do.
Killeen Street has been a second home for our children: a place they're excited to go to in the morning and don't want to leave in the afternoon. The kinder program is thorough, engaging and well integrated into the long daycare, add the team were a great support in the transition to prep.

The educators are all fantastic, and spend the time getting to know your child. I don't think there was ever a day he cried at drop off time as he was excited to learn and play with his friends in an environment that made him feel safe and secure.

We are deeply grateful and fortunate that the wonderful and caring staff at Killeen St childcare have looked after our children for the last six years. Both of our kids (a boy and a girl) started out at around 1yo in the Killeen Street baby room and progressed through to kinder age with our girl completing kindergarten this year. They both formed close attachments with their teachers and friends.
We feel blessed and thankful that our children have been so well cared for and nurtured, helping them to grow into happy, self-reliant and social children. My wife and I always felt a deep trust in the staff that our children would be safe in their care.

I am deeply grateful to all the educators and staff who helped our family in transitioning our son into their care. They talked to him and they did not leave him crying. Everyone in the centre knew each and every child, not just the name, but the personality too. Educators in this centre are reassuring.

Both my boys attend Killeen Street and they absolutely love it! The staff are long standing and fantastic, they teach my boys so much and they love going there! Couldn’t fault the centre - absolutely centred around their happiness and safety!
